Dear friends and colleagues, It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 12th Baltic Meeting in collaboration with the EAU (Baltic27). Comprising a comprehensive scientific programme, lively discussions, and meaningful connections with colleagues, Baltic27 will take place on 14–15 May 2027 in Tallinn, Estonia. The meeting will bring together urologists, oncologists, residents, nurses and medical students from the Baltic States, Europe, and around the world. With over 300 participants each year, the upcoming Baltic27 is an event not to be missed for expanding your professional network, exchange knowledge, connect with opinion leaders, establish new collaborations, and meet colleagues and friends. The scientific programme will focus on updates in prostate, bladder and kidney cancer, video and poster sessions, and lively debates. The Young Urologists Competition will give emerging specialists the opportunity to present their views and defend their positions. The European School of Urology will offer a course on “Robotic Renal Surgery”, covering robotic pyeloplasty, nephrectomy and nephroureterectomy, complications, new tools, and more.
